Waarom breathwork?

We all breathe and often completely unconsciously, but through everything we experience our breathing  and therefore you yourself too can become unbalanced. This can cause various complaints, such as: fatigue, illness and stress. 

 

Our breath is one of the most powerful tools to regulate our state of being, so you can:

 

  • gain a better understanding of yourself and what is important to you

  • process trauma and emotions

  • release tension and stress leaving you feeling worry free, happy and well

And these are just a few examples of the many things that can be remedied through breathwork.

Who is breathwork suitable for?

You do not need to have experience with pranayama or other breathing techniques. Everyone is welcome, beginner or experienced.

Breatwork is
 in principle suitable and beneficial for everyone as long as your physical and mental health allows it. There are a number of possible contraindications for breathwork. Do you fall into one of these categories? Always consult your doctor first.
