I have a huge interest in human mental health and above all how we can keep it healthy. I have read the world of psychological books and after my study 'Social Work' I started working in mental health care, where I treated and guided people with psychological complaints and addiction problems.
From Western health care, medication is often prescribed too quickly suppress complaints and emotions. Besides the fact that we harming our body with this medication, the problem is only suppressed and not solved. It is a quick method to get rid of your complaints, but in many cases not the best and we forget the power of our own body.
